nLIGHT provides high-performance active and passive LIEKKI™ fibers based on its unique and proprietary Direct Nanoparticle Deposition (DND) technology. Our broad line of fibers includes erbium (Er), ytterbium (Yb), advanced active fibers and matching passive fibers.
LIEKKI™ Ytterbium Fibers
Our ytterbium fiber product series, LIEKKI™ Yb700, Yb1200 and Yb2000, offers high efficiency for a broad range of applications while maintaining excellent beam quality, high reliability and ease of handling.
LIEKKI™ Erbium Fibers
Our broad selection of erbium doped LIEKKI™ fibers covers both communications and “eye safe” fiber laser and amplifier applications. LIEKKI™ erbium fibers feature excellent efficiency due to low level of clustering.
LIEKKI™ Passive Fibers
We offer a complete series of passive LIEKKI™ fibers with a broad range of optical and geometric characteristics matching our active fibers. Geometries and numerical apertures are optimized to ensure low splicing and coupling losses.
