Vancouver, WA  September 16, 2008 – nLIGHT Corporation (nLIGHT), a leading supplier of high-power semiconductor lasers and high-performance fibers, announced today that Jim Haden has been named Chief Operating Officer. Haden most recently served as Director of Operations and Product Line Development at Coherent, Inc. Before that, Haden held the position as Director of Operations at JDSU. Haden started his career at SDL in 1988 after graduating with a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California.
